Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a part-time Community Concierge to support leasing operations on-site. You will conduct tours, assist with outreach marketing, and help with resident events while maintaining Core Spaces brand standards.

The role involves evenings and weekend shifts as needed and collaboration with the leasing team. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree.
• Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups.
• Utmost integrity and respect for others and company principles.

Responsibilities

• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with full shifts on-site.
• Conduct prospect tours and follow-ups; assist with marketing and events.
• Support move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours.
• Create marketing materials using Canva and curate social content.
• Present to student organizations and participate in sponsored events.
• Assist in outbound leasing activities and ensure brand standards are met.
