Job summary

Core Spaces in Austin, TX is seeking a Community Concierge to support on-site leasing operations. You will conduct prospect tours, follow up with prospects, drive internal and outreach marketing, and contribute to resident retention and events.

The role requires reliable availability for minimum 15 hours weekly, ability to work full shifts on-site, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and overtime. You will produce marketing content and post to social channels under the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree.
• Ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings.
• The utmost level of integrity in all instances and respect towards others and company principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours of the community.
• Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner.
• Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events.
• Maintain Core Spaces brand standards across the community.
• Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community.
• Curate content for social media and marketing materials.
• Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager.
• Create marketing materials using Canva.
• Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
