Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Concierge to support on-site leasing operations at our New York properties. You will conduct prospect tours, follow up with leads, and lead local marketing efforts to drive resident engagement and retention.

This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, a minimum of 15 hours per week, and a commitment to Core Spaces' service standards. You’ll create social content with Canva and help plan resident events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree.
• Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings.
• Uphold integrity and respect for others and company principles.

Responsibilities

• Work a minimum of 15 hours each week, on-site at the property.
• Full shifts of at least 3 hours; flexible for evenings, weekends, and overtime.
• Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours.
• Complete prospect tours of the community and follow up with assigned prospects.
• Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events.
• Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community.
• Assist in securing partnership opportunities and curate social media content with Canva.
• Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager.
• Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events for the community.
• Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed.
