Role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, strong communication, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Canva skills help create marketing content and social posts.

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through tours, handle inquiries, and support leasing activities.
• Plan and execute marketing efforts and resident events to boost engagement.
• Maintain Core Spaces brand standards in presentation and interactions.
• Assist with outreach marketing, social posts, and content creation using Canva.
• Support evenings, weekends, and on-call coverage as needed.
