Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Concierge to support on-site leasing operations and resident engagement at our Cincinnati properties. You will conduct prospect tours, assist with marketing efforts, and help ensure a positive resident experience through event planning and brand-aligned communications.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and time-management skills, and a collaborative mindset with integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree.
• Ability to lead and contribute effectively within teams.
• Highest integrity and respect for others and company principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week, as determined by the Community Manager
• Commit to working full shifts, which consist of a minimum of 3 hours per shift on-site at the property.
• Be flexible to work additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal part-time hours
• Complete all prospect tours of the community
• Responsible for following up with assigned prospects in a timely manner.
• Responsible for planning, implementing, and performing marketing duties and resident events
• Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
• Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
• Curate content for social media and marketing materials
• Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
• Create marketing materials using Canva
• Responsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
• Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
• Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
• Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
• Responsible for ensuring product presentation always meets brand and company standards
