Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Concierge to support on-site leasing operations at our Columbia property. You will conduct prospect tours, follow up with leads, and lead outreach marketing efforts to boost resident retention and engagement.

You will also manage social media content, assist with marketing materials, and handle evening or overnight on-call duties while upholding Core Spaces branding and standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree.
• Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings.
• Uphold integrity and respect company principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week, as determined by the Community Manager.
• Commit to full shifts on-site with a minimum of 3 hours per shift.
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal hours.
• Complete all prospect tours of the community.
• Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner.
• Plan and perform marketing duties and resident events.
• Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community.
• Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community.
• Curate content for social media and marketing materials.
• Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager.
• Create marketing materials using Canva.
• Provide evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties.
• Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events for the community.
• Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Core Spaces Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain product presentation to meet brand standards.
