IWG is hiring a Community Associate for its Columbus center. You’ll work on-site, helping customers with everyday needs, setting up rooms and equipment, and supporting center operations to ensure a smooth experience.

Expect a fast-paced environment with a focus on service, coordination of events, and collaboration with the City Manager. 18+ and MS Office familiarity required; competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
• Comfort with basic IT equipment and MS Office applications.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the center, addressing inquiries and requests.
• Assist with center operations, setup, and projects as needed.
• Coordinate with colleagues to maintain a smooth customer experience.
• Handle inquiries about packages, Wi-Fi, directions, and events.
• Support networking events and center communications.
