Job summary

IWG is seeking a on-site Community Associate at our Columbus center to deliver exceptional customer service, coordinate day-to-day center operations, and help manage events and client interactions. You will support customers with inquiries, setup equipment, and ensure services are accurately billed as part of a busy, dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes multitasking, strong communication, and ownership of issues while fostering a welcoming center experience for clients and visitors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with taking ownership of problems and solving them.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests in a busy center.
• Set up equipment, direct guests, and manage center facilities.
• Coordinate events and network with customers.
• Ensure invoices and service details are accurately recorded.
