Job summary

IWG is seeking a Part Time Community Associate at our Pittsburgh center, working 24 hours per week on a schedule 8:30am–1:00pm, on-site. You’ll support customers, manage inquiries, and help maintain the center to ensure smooth daily operations.

You’ll greet visitors, handle requests such as Wi-Fi codes, packages, directions, and meeting room setups, and coordinate with the City Manager for events. The role emphasizes strong service, organization, and teamwork in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• We are seeking someone who can manage multiple tasks while delivering strong customer service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers.
• Ability to own problems and find solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across a variety of needs to enable them to focus on their business.
• Greet, assist, and guide customers in-center, handle inquiries and set up equipment.
• Process requests, route issues, and ensure accurate invoicing and service delivery.
• Assist with events and posters for networking activities in the center.
