Job summary

IWG is seeking a Part-time Community Associate to help manage our Winston-Salem center. You’ll welcome members, handle inquiries, and maintain a welcoming, organized environment that supports a thriving community.

You will coordinate events, assist with IT needs and postings, and help manage daily operations and client communications, all while working a balanced 20-hour week on-site.

Qualifications

• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist center guests, respond to inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate daily operations and facility issues, including IT needs and wifi.
• Support event planning, invitations, and communications within the center.
• Track invoices and assist with scheduling and bookings as needed.
