Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate for our San Jose center. You will create and maintain a welcoming community for customers, handling a range of administrative tasks and providing exceptional service to guests throughout the day.

The role involves helping customers with requests, setting up equipment, processing invoices, and coordinating events in a fast-paced, office-based environment. This position is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Good communicator with empathy and relationship-building.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Comfortable using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a variety of needs in the center.
• Coordinate center operations and administrative tasks to support customers.
• Set up projectors, assist with office equipment, and answer inquiries.
• Process invoices and help route requests through the service portal.
