Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate in San Jose to deliver exceptional customer service and manage daily center operations. You will interact with customers across industries, assist with inquiries, and help run events that showcase our flexible workspace network.

This on-site position emphasizes hands-on service, coordination of center activities, and maintaining a welcoming community. A positive attitude and 1+ years in customer service are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to own problems and resolve them
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests to ensure smooth center operations
• Maintain and manage community within the center and support customers' needs
• Coordinate planning and execution of networking events and onsite activities
• Open and route service tickets for issues in the service portal
• Prepare posters and e-invites for events and maintain center noticeboards
