IWG is seeking a Community Associate for our Costa Mesa center. You will work on-site, greeting customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the center, while supporting event setup and daily administrative tasks.

You will coordinate with clients and teammates to provide excellent service, manage room bookings, and ensure accurate invoicing, all within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and own problems.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to change.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide service.
• Manage daily center operations and invoicing.
• Set up equipment and projectors for meetings.
