Job summary

IWG plc is hiring a Community Associate in Costa Mesa, CA. This on-site role covers front-line customer service, center administration, and event coordination to support members and visitors. You’ll manage inquiries, assist with setup, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient workspace.

The position emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and a friendly, proactive approach to serving customers in a dynamic workspace network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience ideal.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ownership of problems and solution-oriented mindset.
• Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers across a variety of industries in the center.
• Handle inquiries, route calls, and help with clerical tasks (emails, packages, Wi-Fi codes).
• Assist customers with setting up equipment and directing them to rooms.
• Coordinate center services, ensure invoices are accurate, and manage tickets.
• Organize events and support ongoing networking activities within the center.
