IWG is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate for on-site work at our San Jose center. You will engage with customers, manage daily center operations, and support events and inquiries from morning to early afternoon.

The role emphasizes customer service, multitasking, and basic IT tools, with a 20-hour weekly schedule (8:30 AM–12:30 PM, Monday–Friday) and a focus on creating a welcoming center experience.

Competenze

• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communicator with ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist customers in the center, handling inquiries and requests.
• Set up rooms and equipment, assist with projects and events.
• Process services and ensure accurate invoicing and charges.
• Coordinate with the City Manager and teams to maintain center operations.
• Support networking events and posters in the center.
