Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate in San Jose, CA, 20 hours weekly, on-site. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing daily tasks, and supporting center operations to help members run their businesses smoothly.

The position requires strong communication, multitasking, and basic IT skills (MS Office). You will assist customers, arrange room setups, process invoices, and help coordinate local events and networking activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests in person.

• Set up rooms, projectors, and other equipment for meetings.
• Coordinate center coordination tasks and support events and networking efforts.
• Ensure invoices and services are billed correctly and promptly.
