Job summary

SPS North America Inc. seeks a Client Service Manager to lead the on-site mailroom, reprographics, and logistics for a financial institution. You will manage daily operations, ensure secure handling of confidential materials, and supervise the on-site team to meet client expectations.

You will drive continuous improvement using AI/automation while coordinating with IT, security, and compliance to uphold risk controls and service levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client service, operations, or facilities management in a regulated environment.
• Experience leading 5–10 onsite staff.
• Experience in mailroom, reprographics, or document production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site mailroom, shipping/receiving, courier, and reprographics operations with an on-site team.
• Maintain confidentiality, chain of custody, and information security.
• Serve as primary client contact and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Respond to client requests, escalations, and drive root-cause analysis.
