Job summary

SPS is seeking a Client Services Lead in the United States to oversee daily mailroom, shipping, receiving, courier, and workplace support services. The role ensures safe, accurate, and efficient service delivery aligned with company standards and site procedures.

The position requires coordinating staffing coverage, training, workload prioritization, and handling customer concerns with professional communication.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, mailroom, shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics.
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of domestic/international shipping procedures preferred.
• Must learn and use computer-based tracking and management systems.
• Professional appearance and attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily mailroom, shipping, receiving, courier, and workplace support activities.
• Coordinate carrier services, IT shipments, and other logistics needs.
• Maintain asset records, inventory, and secure storage; safe data wiping for disposal.
• Provide customer service and escalate issues when needed; supervise staff.
• Support reporting on mail/package volume, shipping activity, and costs.
