Opensity Solutions seeks a customer-focused Service Specialist to join our team at the Foley & Lardner client site in Downtown Miami. You will provide exceptional client support across mail, copy, hospitality, meeting coordination and facilities tasks in a fast-paced professional environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year(s) work experience in the customer services field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Ability to grasp, lift, or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for an extended period.

Responsabilités

• Mail Services: metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule.
• Copy Services: producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions.
• Backup Reception: answering calls and routing to the right person; greet visitors professionally.
• Hospitality Services: coordinating and maintaining client conference rooms and kitchens; ensuring supplies.
• Floor Coordination: stocking general supplies and daily maintenance of copy rooms.
• Facilities Services: may include pictures hanging, small moves, cleaning, and equipment concerns.
