Opensity Solutions is seeking a Corporate Hospitality Associate for the Foley & Lardner client site in Downtown Miami. The role provides mail, copy, hospitality, and facilities support in a fast-paced professional environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer services and strong verbal/written communication, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move packages as needed. Onsite work and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and move packages up to 75 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Mail services: metering, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
• Copy services: produce copy, print, and scan projects per instructions.
• Backup reception: answer calls and greet visitors professionally.
• Hospitality services: coordinate and maintain client conference rooms and kitchens.
• Floor coordination: stock supplies and maintain copy rooms; basic daily maintenance.
• Facilities services: assist with small moves, cleaning, and equipment concerns.
