Responsibilities

• Source capacity by calling freight carriers across North America to secure transportation for customer shipments.
• Negotiate rates in real time and close deals with speed.
• Problem-solve when a truck falls off a load or something goes wrong in transit.
• Build a book of business by developing strong carrier relationships.
• Meet daily activity goals and contribute to team targets.
• Own your results and understand how your effort impacts earnings.
