Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy sales or customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Calling carriers to source capacity for customer freight across North America.
• Negotiating rates on the spot, often with minutes to spare.
• Monitoring active shipments and stepping in quickly when issues arise.
• Building relationships with carriers so they call back first.
• Hitting daily activity targets; volume drives earnings and advancement.
