Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead daily culinary operations and staff at on-site summer camp facilities across the US. You will manage budgeting, allergen safety, and overall kitchen performance in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

This on-site, live-in role requires readiness to work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week during the May–September season, with competitive pay and room & board provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required; Allergens knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to live on-site and work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
