Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead kitchen operations at our on-site, rustic summer camp facilities. This live-in, full-time seasonal role covers May through September with a demanding 6‑day, 70‑hour week and opportunities for a performance-based bonus.

You will supervise prep and production, enforce allergen protocols, and manage inventory while coordinating with camp leadership to deliver scratch-cooked meals for campers with diverse dietary needs.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch baking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date, company-sponsored.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Manage operations for designated day part, ensuring quality and timely service.
• Strict allergen safety compliance and sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory management and daily reporting.
