Job summary

Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities across the US. This on-site, live-in position is seasonal (May–Sept) with a demanding 6‑day, 70+ hour week.

You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and enforce allergen safety protocols, while delivering high-volume, scratch-cooked meals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day part; ensure timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc.) and maintain sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
