Job summary

SRS Distribution in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service to walk-in and remote customers. You will coordinate with sales, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order entry and timely fulfillment, while upholding the company’s culture of making money and having fun.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service experience, are bilingual in English/Spanish, and are comfortable using CRM and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service and phone handling experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP platforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in building materials distribution.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding service via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provides product information, resolves issues, and maintains records.
• Walk-in counter sales support and coordination with sales, drivers, and warehouse.
• Processes transactions in the ERP system and supports sales growth.
