Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will meet clients on site, troubleshoot issues, and work with hotel staff to ensure equipment is working as expected.

• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for team members operating Company vehicles.
• DOT requirements may apply if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment for events.
• Exceed internal and external customer expectations with strong service.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Handle equipment changes and challenges while maintaining quality.
• Complete orders and paperwork accurately using Navigator.
