Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will ensure flawless events, handle on-site interactions with guests, and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with hotel teams.

The role prefers 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience and AV experience in education settings; a valid driver's license is required for vehicle operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• External requirements and certifications must be met within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment.
• Ensure flawless event execution through timely setup, operation, and teardown of equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly.
• Monitor events and check in on customers throughout the day.
• Understand and protect hotel/client relationships; foster communications.
