Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Generally, less than 2 years of experience.

• Must be able to lift 1–10 pounds.
• Vision abilities include color, depth, and focus.

Responsibilities

• Record lane and Simulcast bid amounts in AS400, enter customer data, process sold units, and verify lights.
• Work virtually with the auctioneer to verify information.
• Verify vehicle run order and ensure correct vehicle is keyed and sold.
• Operate monitor virtually and review Simulcast bids.
• Provide arbitration and other vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer.
• Call and email on late titles.
• Utilize Salesforce for title-absent support.
• Coordinate with client services to respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, and tickets.
• Other duties as assigned.
