Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Typically, less than 2 years of experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to stay organized during fast-paced sale-day activities.
• Physical ability to lift 1–10 pounds.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AS400 to record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, process sold units, and verify/enter lights.
• Work virtually with auctioneer to ensure system information accurately represents vehicles.
• Verify run order to ensure correct vehicle is keyed and sold.
• Operate monitor virtually and review Simulcast bids with the auctioneer.
• Provide arbitration and other vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer.
• Handle late titles via call and email; use Salesforce for title absence support.
