Job summary

Cox Automotive Manheim in Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time Auction Support Specialist to assist on sale days at our on-site location. You will record lane and Simulcast bids, verify vehicle data, and support the auctioneer virtually from the local site.

You will also handle late titles, respond to customer requests, and coordinate with client services to ensure smooth operations during fast-paced sale days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Typically less than 2 years of experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Record lane and Simulcast bid amounts in AS400 and verify sold units.
• Work with the auctioneer virtually to verify information.
• Verify vehicle run order and ensure correct vehicle is keyed and sold.
• Operate monitor virtually and review Simulcast bids with the auctioneer.
• Provide arbitration and other vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer.
• Call and email on late titles and use Salesforce for title-absent support.
• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
