Job summary

Cox Automotive in Conway, AR seeks an Auction Support Specialist to assist on sale days from a local Manheim location. This on-site, part-time role focuses on accurate recording of lane and Simulcast bids and providing administrative support to the auctioneer.

The position requires a High School Diploma/GED, strong communication, and the ability to handle fast-paced sale-day activities. Spanish language skills are preferred. 15.10–22.69 USD per hour, about 15–20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Typically less than 2 years of experience.
• Effective communication skills required.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay focused during fast-paced sale-day activities.
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
• Able to lift 1–10 pounds.
• Vision abilities include close, distance, color vision, depth perception and focus adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the AS400 system to record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, process all sold units, and verify/enter lights.
• Work with auctioneer virtually to verify system information accurately represents vehicle.
• Verify vehicle run order to ensure appropriate vehicle is being keyed and sold.
• Operate monitor virtually, review Simulcast bids with auctioneer.
• Provide arbitration and other vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer.
• Call and e-mail on late titles.
• Utilize Salesforce for title-absent support.
• Collaborate with client services contact center to respond to customer requests through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
