Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. in Conway, AR is seeking an Auction Support Specialist to join on-site operations. You will record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, verify sold unit details, obtain customer signatures as needed, and assist the auctioneer during sale days from a local Manheim location.

This is a part-time, on-site role: approximately 15-20 hours per week (Tuesday–Thursday). The position requires solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with Spanish language ability being

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Generally, less than 2 years of experience.
• Effective communication skills required.
• Must possess good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain focused during fast-paced sale-day activities.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, process all sold units, and verify/enter lights.
• Work with auctioneer virtually to verify system information accurately represents vehicle.
• Verify vehicle run order to ensure correct vehicle is being keyed and sold.
• Operate monitor virtually, review Simulcast bids with auctioneer.
• Provide arbitration and other vehicle announcements to support auctioneer.
• Call and e-mail on late titles.
• Utilize Salesforce for title-absent support.
• In partnership with client services contact center, respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
