Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking an Auction Support Specialist to work on-site at a Cox Automotive Manheim location in Texas. The role supports the auctioneer during sale days, records data accurately, and assists with title and customer communications.

Part-time schedule is approximately 15–20 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Spanish language skills are preferred, and some duties may be performed remotely for efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Typically less than 2 years of experience.
• Effective communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to stay focused in fast-paced sale-day activities.
• Must lift 1–10 pounds and have good vision.

Responsibilities

• Record lane and Simulcast bid amounts using AS400, enter customer data, process sold units, and verify lights.
• Work with the auctioneer virtually to ensure information accuracy for each vehicle.
• Verify run order and ensure the correct vehicle is keyed and sold.
• Operate monitor and review Simulcast bids with the auctioneer.
• Provide announcements and arbitration to support the auctioneer.
• Call and email on late titles; use Salesforce for title absent support.
• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
