Job summary

Cox Enterprises on-site position at a Cox Automotive Manheim location requires accurate recording of lane and Simulcast bid amounts using the AS400 system and verification of sold vehicle information with the auctioneer. You will enter data, obtain signatures, and support the auction process from a local site.

The role is part-time (15-20 hours/week) with a Tue-Wed-Thu schedule. HS diploma required, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and Spanish language ability preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Typically less than 2 years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record lane and Simulcast bid amounts using AS400 system.
• Verify sold vehicle information with the auctioneer.
• Enter customer data and obtain signatures as needed.
• Coordinate with client services to respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, and tickets.
• Provide arbitration and other vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer.
• Call and email on late titles.
• Utilize Salesforce for title-absent support.
• Other duties as assigned.
