Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years’ related experience, or equivalent combo.
• Or 5 years’ related field experience with valid driver’s license.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with minimal supervision.
• Safety mindful and able to follow safety/health procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Review vehicles in sale lineup and ensure on-spot readiness for sale.
• Perform basic client services and communicate with stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Educate clients on Cox products and services.
• Coordinate with auction departments to manage reconditioning and audits.
• Develop understanding of auction services concepts and vehicle inspection processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and internal platforms for daily tasks.
