Job summary

J&A, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager for an apartment complex in Biloxi, MS. The role oversees property operations, leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and regulatory compliance with HUD, Tax Credit, USDA RD, and Fair Housing standards.

On-site living is possible depending on employment terms, with responsibilities covering tenant relations and daily management. The successful candidate will supervise staff, ensure safety and cleanliness, maintain records, and report to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• LIHTC property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Valid State Issued Driver's License.
• Experience with LIHTC, HUD, RD regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities in compliance with HUD, RD and LIHTC regulations.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure property upkeep.
• Maintain accurate tenant ledgers, notices, and regulatory documentation.
• Prepare income certifications and annual re-certifications.
