Job summary

Forgepoint Inc. seeks a client-facing deployment and strategy lead to transform manufacturing operations with AI-powered workflows. You'll be the on-site lead mapping current processes and designing agent-driven routines in collaboration with plant managers and executives.

You will travel to customer sites across the US, run workshops, and build playbooks that accelerate future deployments while delivering measurable ROI and value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management consulting or software implementation with client-facing delivery experience.
• Strong process-design instincts and an eye for simplification and measurement.
• Exceptional communicator and facilitator who can run workshops and drive decisions.
• Comfortable turning ambiguous rules into precise operating procedures.
• Data-curious and analytical with basic data exploration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer deployments from discovery to go-live and ROI demonstrations.
• Build trusted relationships with executives and frontline teams across shop floor and boardroom.
• Map workflows and translate rules into agent tasks, guardrails, approvals, and handoffs.
• Establish baselines, define success metrics, and use data to guide deployments.
• Configure and launch AI workers with Engineers; test and iterate with users.
• Run workshops and stakeholder communications to keep deployments moving.
• Turn field learnings into repeatable playbooks and templates.
