Job summary

Forgepoint is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead on-site deployments for AI-powered workflows across US manufacturing. You will map complex shop-floor processes to AI tasks, define ROI, and drive account expansion with executives and plant managers.

Based in NYC with frequent travel, you’ll oversee discovery to launch, coordinating with engineers and stakeholders to ensure successful implementations and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB or similar) or high-stakes software implementation.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to navigate ERP/CRM environments.
• Willingness to work onsite in New York City 5 days a week and travel across the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site discovery sessions with manufacturing executives to map workflows into AI tasks.
• Manage end-to-end deployment lifecycle: configure, pilot, and launch AI workers for procurement and sales.
• Define ROI metrics and identify upsell opportunities to scale deployments.
