Job summary

Forgepoint is seeking a Deployment Strategy Lead to build and scale deployments of Frank. This player-coach role will personally lead our most important deployments, write the playbook from firsthand experience, and hire, develop, and manage the team responsible for executing it.

You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with CEOs, COOs, Plant Managers, and frontline operators to translate messy processes into clear requirements, SOPs, and deployment plans, coordinating engineers and driving ROI and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in management consulting, enterprise software implementation, solutions, or other client-facing operating roles.
• Proven track record leading high-stakes customer engagements with execs and frontline teams.
• Experience building or significantly improving repeatable operating playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority customer deployments from contract to go-live, ROI, and steady-state adoption.
• Build relationships with customer executives and frontline teams across boardroom to shop floor.
• Translate ambiguous workflows into clear requirements, deployment plans, SOPs, and work for engineers.
