Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Senior Manager to redesign AI-enabled workflows, bridging AI capabilities with day-to-day operations across Enterprise Bets and functions. The role focuses on making AI-enabled work stick at scale within a matrixed organization.

Based in Dearborn, MI, the position is hybrid with a four-day onsite requirement weekly; relocation assistance may be available. You will develop playbooks, standards, and coaching to drive adoption across teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years redesigning workflows, processes, or operating models at team or enterprise scale.
• 3+ years baselining or process-mapping current-state work as foundation for redesign.
• 2+ years building playbooks or standards.
• 2+ years managing external agency, consulting or vendor resources.
• 1+ years leading operationalization and adoption of digital/AI/ML solutions into day-to-day workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define workflow and role-redesign playbook for AI and agentic solutions; translate capability into practical changes.
• Lead workflow redesign efforts to improve outcomes across the enterprise.
• Baseline current-state workflows; map how work happens, identify friction points blocking AI adoption.
• Build reusable redesign playbooks and templates; provide standards, tools, and coaching.
• Own workflow adoption metrics feeding into the Central AI scorecard.
• Manage workflow redesign agency and third-party resources; set scope, pace, quality.
