Job summary

Forgepoint is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead on-site deployments for AI-powered workflows across US manufacturing. You will map complex shop-floor processes to AI tasks, define ROI, and drive account expansion with executives and plant managers.

Based in NYC with frequent travel, you’ll oversee discovery to launch, coordinating with engineers and stakeholders to ensure successful implementations and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

You will lead customer deployments from discovery to launch, bridging the gap between Forgepoint’s AI technology and the shop floor. Working directly with CEOs and plant managers, you’ll map complex workflows into AI tasks, define ROI metrics, and drive account expansion while traveling across the US to transform how factories operate.

What You Will Do

• Define and track measurable ROI metrics for each customer, identifying upsell opportunities and building reusable playbooks to scale the deployment process.
