Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Community Manager to oversee a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff across leasing, maintenance, finance and admin while enforcing safety, policy, and fair housing guidelines.

You will develop annual operating budgets, monitor income and expenses, and drive resident retention through effective leasing and service delivery. A CAM/ARM or LIHTC/HUD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• On-site leadership and staff supervision responsibilities.
• Experience with affordable housing programs preferred (LIHTC, HUD, etc.).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housing community operations on-site under Regional Manager.
• Direct staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration & risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor NOI.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and maintain resident satisfaction.
