Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to lead a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You’ll supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and risk management, ensuring policy compliance and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in affordable housing programs, CAM/ARM preferred, and strong budgeting and marketing skills to drive NOI and retention across assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in housing.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the community, including staff, leasing, maintenance, and risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
• Monitor leasing, occupancy, and resident relations to maximize retention and NOI.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Head emergency response and coordinate on-site teams to address issues promptly.
