Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and finances on-site, ensuring policy and fair housing compliance.

Essential duties include personnel management, scheduling, training, and maintaining service levels. A focus on affordable housing programs and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years of experience in the housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site operations and supervision of staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor deposits, rent collections, and charges.
• Develop yearly marketing plan and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety, fair housing, and on-site procedures.
