Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager, supervising staff, leasing, maintenance and administration.

You will ensure compliance with policies, safety and fair housing guidelines, driving resident satisfaction through effective programs and responsive service. This on-site role requires 2+ years in affordable housing and involves budgeting and emergency readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HUD.
• Affordable Housing Accreditation (HCCP, HCP-E, COS, BOS, TCS, CPO) or other applicable designations.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
• Supervise on-site staff, including scheduling and development.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and leasing activities.
