Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee an on-site housing community under Regional Manager guidance. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk compliance while upholding Asset Living policies and fair housing guidelines.

Ideal candidates bring experience in affordable housing programs and on-site leadership, with a commitment to delivering excellent resident services and operational excellence across the property.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.).
• Affordable housing accreditation or related designations preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management and on-site staff development.
• Monitor leasing, financials, and risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Lead emergency response and safety on site.
