Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site community operations and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and financial reporting.
• Lead leasing, marketing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
