Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to lead all on-site operations of a housing community, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will oversee personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will manage staff, develop budgets, coordinate marketing and leasing plans, handle resident concerns, and maintain property appearance. A High School Diploma is required; CAM/ARM and 4+ years in housing preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years’ housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead on-site staff and manage daily operations.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financial reports.
• Develop marketing plans and leasing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; ensure resident satisfaction.
• Oversee resident relations, retention programs, and responsive maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, fair housing, and company guidelines.
