Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of an on-site housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management, ensuring compliance with Asset’s policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, budgeting, leasing, resident relations, and emergency readiness. 2+ years in affordable housing programs and CAM/ARM preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in housing.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations including personnel, leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Develop annual operating budgets; monitor rent collections and expenses.
• Lead emergency response and ensure safety compliance and risk management.
• Supervise staff, hire/train, and ensure fair housing compliance.
